have seen. I have been in the leather business for over 50 years.
The problem with leather is it ‘s a natural product of a animal.
As Strong as it is,
it is NOT perfect piece of material when it is 72” long.
Not as consistent through the skin of a animal as a manufacture
piece of product of a
man made material. Most manufactured
laces burn up when being used by welders.
Sorry, there is no guarantees on leather laces on breakage.
